Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with jewellery retailers and wholesalers, promoting our product range, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and promote the company's gold jewellery collections to retailers and business partners.
- Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
