- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide service information and guide customers through the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
