US IT Recruiter /

- Location: Mohali, Sector 83 (100% Onsite)
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end US recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management for IT positions. Experience working with State, Federal, Direct Clients, or Commercial clients will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, and job requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Preferred Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
