We are hiring for Business Development Executive (BDE - Outbound Sales) with 1-2 years of experience in BPO outbound sales and excellent English communication skills. Candidates from a technical or IT education background will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle international outbound sales calls and client follow-ups.
- Generate business opportunities through calling and lead engagement.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain communication records and regular follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales process.
Requirement:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in BPO outbound sales/international calling.
- Strong English communication and convincing skills.
- Technical education background preferred (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT services and software industry.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (in-office) | Remaining hours WFH
