About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support civil engineering design, project coordination and site supervision for projects across India.
The role involves a combination of office-based engineering design and project-site responsibilities. Depending on project requirements, the candidate may be required to work at client/project locations for extended periods, typically 5–6 months and, in some cases, up to 9 months or as required by the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review civil layouts, drawings, BOQs and project documentation.
- Support design of site development, foundations, drainage, roads and other civil infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and MEP teams for integrated project design.
- Conduct site visits and supervise civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, quality, workmanship and material usage.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and other consultants.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for practical solutions.
- Review measurements, quantities and work completion.
- Prepare site visit reports and project progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
- Support greenfield and brownfield projects from design through execution.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil design and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of civil engineering drawings.
- Experience in the food processing/food manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and undertake extended project-site deployment across India is essential.
- Candidate should be comfortable staying at client/project locations for the duration of the assigned project.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
