Job Summary: The AGM – Civil Engineering will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring execution excellence, quality standards, cost control, and timely project delivery. The role requires strong leadership in managing project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience in real estate construction.
- Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project execution activities.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support project delivery within approved timelines.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
