Job Title: Cluster Manager
Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance of multiple preschool centers.
- Drive admissions, fee collection, and student retention.
- Ensure high parent satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Support Centre Managers in achieving business and performance targets.
- Monitor teaching quality, staff performance, and brand standards.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to generate enquiries and increase admissions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support team development.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, education, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and social media.
- Willingness to travel across multiple centers in Kochi.
Salary & Benefits
