We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lady Tailoring Shop Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our tailoring and boutique shop. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to coordinate tailoring orders efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the shop professionally
- Understand customer requirements for blouse stitching, tailoring, Aari work, Maggam work, and custom designs
- Manage customer orders and maintain order records
- Track tailoring and embroidery work progress from order placement to delivery
- Coordinate with tailors, Aari workers, and staff to ensure timely completion of orders
- Follow up on pending orders and update customers on delivery status
- Handle measurements, booking details, and delivery schedules
- Manage billing, customer payments, and basic shop records
- Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
