About the Role:
Global Child Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Child Behavior Therapist (CBT) to support children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. This role is ideal for professionals trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) who are committed to delivering structured, evidence-based care and achieving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured CBT-based therapy sessions for children
- Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including CBT, behavior modification, and play-based techniques
- Track progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes
- Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in child counseling, behavioral therapy, or mental health
- Strong understanding of child development and behavioral disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, or developmental delays
- Knowledge of Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, or ABA techniques
- Experience in clinical or multidisciplinary environments
