1. Telecaller
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to generate leads, explain our products and services,
follow up with prospective customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Leader.
Working Hours
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: No Sunday Off.
- Weekly off can be taken on any one day between Monday and Wednesday, subject to
management approval.
Requirements
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.English and Marathi are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
