Job Title: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Inventory & Inwarding)
Location: Gurugram (Sector 58)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing e-commerce Silver Jewellery brand looking for a process-driven Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Inventory & Inwarding) to manage inventory accuracy, inwarding operations, and warehouse controls in a high-value environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 99.8%+ inventory accuracy across warehouses and sales channels (D2C + Marketplaces).
- Manage end-to-end inwarding of silver jewellery & packaging materials including GRN creation and quality coordination.
- Perform daily/weekly stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical audits.
- Track and reduce slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged stock.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, SOPs, and process improvements in the warehouse.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, dashboards, and inventory KPIs.
- Supervise inventory team and coordinate with Procurement, Finance & Marketplace teams.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Inventory Management / Warehouse Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP) and ERP/WMS (Unicommerce, Zoho, SAP, etc.).
- Experience in E-commerce, Jewellery, Fashion, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Proven experience handling high-value/precious metal inventory is a big advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
