Job Description:
We are hiring a Full-Time Chess Trainer for online classes who is looking for a stable and long-term job opportunity. The trainer will conduct online chess classes for children using a structured curriculum and follow company guidelines strictly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online chess classes for kids (Beginner to Intermediate levels)
- Teach chess fundamentals, openings, tactics, and basic game strategies
- Handle individual and group classes
- Follow class schedules, attendance, and punctuality norms
- Coordinate with the operations team when required
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good knowledge of chess rules and gameplay
- Ability to teach children patiently and clearly
- Comfortable using Zoom / Google Meet
- Basic communication skills (English or Hindi)
- Willing to work full-time only
- Looking for long-term stability
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Prior experience as a chess trainer or tutor
- Experience teaching children online
- Chess academy or tournament exposure
Important Conditions:
- This is a full-time fixed salary role
- Freelancers or trainers working with multiple academies should not apply
- 3-month probation period
- Experience certificate will be provided after successful completion of probation
- Long-term commitment is mandatory
