- About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales / Customer Relationship Executive to promote our resort, generate bookings, and build lasting relationships with guests.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality and sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1) Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate resort bookings.
- 2) Explain resort packages, offers, amenities, and event options to prospective guests.
- 3) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- 4) Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- 5) Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- 6) Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- 7) Resolve customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
- 8) Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- 1) Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2) Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or telecalling is preferred.
- 3) Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- 4) Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
- 5) Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
- 6) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- 7) Stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop are mandatory.
