What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager (m/f/d):
- This person is representative of the plant (or bundled plants) for local Process Management and drives all strategic activities of the plant related to Digitalization of Production Processes.
- Team Coordinator of Team Smart Factory. Coordinator “Smart Factory” reports to Plant Manager and DPO Production of a Division.
- Develop I4.0 Roadmap via I4.0-Maturity Assessment . Perform Industry 4.0-Maturity Workshops to identify measures to close the gap between the digital Target Picture
- Responsible for overall Digitalization Project Portfolio of a plant. . Drives and coordinates all plant internal projects which are related to Digitalization / Industry 4.0 Maturity Roadmap
- Coordination of all Citizen Development activities in the Plant, next to the development of Digital Cell solutions. Also responsible to support their existing solutions.
- Reports to plant Management the progress of all I4.0 Maturity Measures. Drive and align plant related projects with regional and divisional Hub Team (e.g. ERP-, PLM-, DMP-, MES-implementation ….)
- Ensure economical benefit per project and document (e.g. S-CALC, CIS-Measure …)
Your Profile as Assistant Manager (m/f/d):
- 3-5 years solid working experience in Operations, Functions and Digitalization
- Leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills is preferred
- Experience in Project Management and Lean Management
- Good understanding of IT system interrelationships and IT architectures
- Experienced in Process Management, High Networking, Organizing and Communication Capabilities
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills. Strong entrepreneurship
- Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented
