About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Finance Manager to lead and manage the company's complete finance and accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of strong experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the F&B, Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or Multi-Outlet industry. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, cost control, budgeting, audits, MIS, internal controls, and finance team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the company.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables, cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Monitor outlet-wise revenue, expenses, profitability and financial performance.
- Analyse food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, wastage and inventory variances.
- Implement effective cost-control and financial-control systems across all outlets.
- Review purchase, stock, billing, cash handling and payment processes.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies and areas of unnecessary expenditure.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise, guide and review the performance of the Accounts & Finance team.
- Ensure timely salary processing and other finance-related payments.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide management with accurate financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
- Develop and strengthen financial procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in F&B / Restaurant / Hospitality / Retail / Multi-Outlet operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in MIS, budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a finance/accounts team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Candidate
- Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in F&B / Restaurant Finance will be given priority.
- Experience handling multiple outlets/branches will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong Tally, Advanced Excel and MIS knowledge are preferred.
- Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
