Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services and generating business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting the company's IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services including Web Development, Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation Services.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–1.5 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development solutions.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management processes.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients, particularly the US, UK, or European markets.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, or similar lead-generation tools.
