- Greeting and assisting visitors: Welcome guests, direct them to the appropriate person or office, and provide information about the organization.
- Scheduling and coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings .
- Administrative support: Perform clerical tasks such as Attendance , copying, and maintaining office supplies .
- Maintaining a professional environment: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times .
- Strong communication skills: Both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organizational abilities: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and coordinate schedules.
