JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction.

Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.

Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

Conduct HR connects, skip-level meetings, and feedback sessions.

Track attendance, leaves, LOPs, and payroll inputs.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and R&R.

Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.

Maintain employee files and statutory documentation.

Support audits, compliance, and HR reporting.
REQUIREMENT

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources Management

2–5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
