We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the team, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate property visits and client meetings.
- Prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
