We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website’s organic search performance, increase traffic, and enhance online visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach activities.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and local SEO.
- SEO certifications are a plus.
