Office Boy / Office Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and well-mannered Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office administration, pantry management, guest handling, banking activities, and general office requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Pantry & Refreshment Management
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the pantry area.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and black tea for employees and visitors.
- Arrange drinking water and ensure water bottles are properly filled and available.
- Maintain adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, water, and other pantry supplies.
- Keep the pantry, kitchen area, utensils, and serving items clean and organized.
- Guest & Visitor Handling
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors professionally.
- Offer tea, coffee, black tea, and water to guests as required.
- Coordinate basic arrangements for visitors and management meetings.
- Support hospitality arrangements during HO (Head Office) visits and important meetings.
- Banking & Outdoor Work
- Visit the bank for routine official work.
- Deposit company cheques and documents as instructed.
- Collect and submit bank-related documents when required.
- Handle other official outdoor errands assigned by the Administration Department.
- Administrative Support
- Assist the Admin team with day-to-day office activities.
- Support photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document movement.
- Deliver and collect official documents as required.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and stationery.
- Support office setup and arrangements for meetings and events.
- Travel & Official Errands
- Travel locally for bank work, document collection, courier work, and other official assignments.
- Maintain proper records/supporting documents for official travel and claim Traveling Allowance (TA) as per company policy.
- General Office Support
- Ensure common office areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Assist employees and departments with routine office requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Admin/Management team.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Honest and trustworthy, especially while handling cash, cheques, and documents.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel locally for official work.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Preferred Experience
0–3 years of experience in office assistance, administration, hospitality, pantry management, or a similar role.
Reporting To
Admin Manager / Administration Department
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
