* Handle end-to-end client communication and relationship management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Generate leads by inviting and engaging prospective customers through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
* Present jewelry collections professionally to clients, both virtually and in person.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
* Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
* Maintain customer records and sales reports.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and client meetings.
* Stay updated on jewelry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.
* Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand image.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, retail, luxury products, or the jewelry industry is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
* Confidence in presenting products to customers.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms for customer engagement and lead generation.
* Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidates proficient in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be given preference.
* Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.
* Willingness to travel for official work as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
