Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely dispatch of materials.
- Track purchase orders and monitor dispatch schedules.
- Arrange transportation and select appropriate vehicles based on shipment requirements.
- Plan routes and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify and maintain logistics documents including:
- Tax Invoice
- E-way Bill
- Lorry Receipt (LR)
- Gate Pass
- Insurance Documents
- Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.
hipment Tracking
- Monitor vehicles from dispatch until delivery.
Material Receipt & Inventory
- Coordinate unloading activities at project sites.
- Verify material quantity, specifications, and quality.
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain stock records, inward/outward registers, and follow FIFO practices.
- Share delivery status and ETA with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve transit delays and logistics-related issues promptly.
Reverse Logistics
- Handle returns, replacement materials, surplus stock transfers, and damaged goods.
- Coordinate with vendors for debit notes and replacement deliveries.
Freight Cost Management
- Monitor freight expenses for each project.
- Verify transporter invoices against approved rates.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely payment processing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
