Front of House Staff
Job Summary
Front of House Staff are responsible for welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers politely
- Take customer orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Answer customer questions about menu items and services
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and reception areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff members
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure tables and service areas are organized
- Follow health and safety regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not always required
Working Conditions
- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays
- Standing for long periods

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
