Duties & Responsibilities
1. Preparation and updating of project BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
2. Collection and evaluation of quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
3. Preparation of comparative statements for technical and commercial evaluation.
4. ERP budgeting, cost allocation, and budget monitoring for assigned projects.
5. Preparation of estimates and cost analyses based on project requirements.
6. Daily project progress monitoring and collection of updates from site teams.
7. Preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
8. Coordination with site engineers, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for project-related information.
9. Preparation and updating of project schedules and tracking of milestones.
10. Preparation of work orders and related project documentation.
11. Maintenance of project records, correspondence, and approval trackers.
12. Preparation of management reports, presentations, and project dashboards.
13. Use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, budgeting, reporting, and progress tracking.
14. Preparation and review of drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
15. Development and modification of 3D models and project visualizations using SketchUp.
16. Verification and reconciliation of quantities from drawings and site measurements.
17. Collection of material specifications, technical data sheets, and vendor information.
18. Assisting in procurement planning and coordination based on project requirements.
19. Monitoring project costs against approved budgets and highlighting variances.
20. Supporting project planning activities, including resource and material planning.
21. Coordination of client requirements, customization requests, and project-related updates.
22. Participation in site inspections and verification of work progress whenever required.
23. Preparation of minutes of meetings and follow-up action trackers.
24. Ensuring timely submission of reports and updates to management.
25. Carrying out any other planning and project coordination responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
