Sales & Marketing Representative (Real Estate)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing real estate team. The role involves field marketing, broker relationship management, lead generation, customer handling, and closing property sales.
Responsibilities
- Visit real estate brokers regularly across Dehradun and nearby areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Collect regular updates on potential buyers, market opportunities, customer feedback, and challenges faced by brokers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and field activities.
- Attend to walk-in customers and direct enquiries at the office and project sites.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with leads until successful conversion.
- Actively sell the company’s residential and commercial inventory.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales progress.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Real Estate (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
