Job Summary
Operate and monitor sand reclamation and resin coated sand (RCS) plant machinery to ensure smooth production, product quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate reclamation units, sand heaters, mixers, resin dosing systems, and cooling equipment.
- Monitor temperature, mixing cycles, and production parameters.
- Ensure consistent product quality and collect samples for testing.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production logs and report breakdowns or quality issues.
- Follow safety procedures and handle resins and chemicals safely.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Technical certification.
- 2–5 years of experience in foundry or RCS plant operations preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to work in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
