Job Description: QA / Product Testing Intern
Role Overview Havet AI is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA / Product Testing Intern. This is an entry-level role perfect for freshers who love exploring apps, finding hidden glitches, and ensuring a smooth user experience. We are looking for candidates who enjoy the practical process of breaking and testing software rather than just studying definitions from books. If you have tested your own college projects, participated in coding/testing challenges, or love playing with apps to see how they work, we want you!
Key Responsibilities
- Explore & Test: Run day-to-day testing on our live applications to check if all features are working perfectly.
- Find & Report Bugs: Catch functional issues, design mistakes, or slow pages, and report them clearly.
- Create Bug Reports: Write down simple, step-by-step instructions on how a bug happened so our development team can fix it quickly.
- Test Case Execution: Follow simple checklists and test plans to verify that new product updates are error-free.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers to re-test and verify features after they fix the reported bugs.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Open to any fresher or final-year student (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related fields) with a strong interest in software quality.
- Hands-on Mindset: Basic knowledge of how web pages or mobile apps work, and how to spot errors in them.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for catching small mistakes, such as broken links, overlapping text, or slow buttons.
- Clear Communication: Ability to explain a problem clearly in written English so anyone can understand it.
- Bonus Points: If you have a sample test case sheet, a personal project, or a bug report from any app you have tested in the past, please share it!
