Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US Legal Recruiter to join our recruitment team specializing in hiring for law firms across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting attorneys and legal professionals, possess excellent communication skills in American English, and have a strong understanding of the US legal industry and employment practices. This role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various legal positions while working closely with hiring managers and law firm partners.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US law firm positions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Recruit for positions including Attorneys, Associates, Partners, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support, Legal Secretaries, and other legal professionals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' legal experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and law firm hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on hiring trends within the US legal industry.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting for US law firms or the US legal industry.
- Experience hiring legal professionals such as Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Litigation Support staff.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Skills:-
- Fluent spoken and written American English (US English) with a neutral or clear US-compatible accent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills suitable for conducting interviews with US-based candidates and law firm partners.
- Knowledge of the US legal system, legal job roles, and US employment laws related to recruitment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, law firm structures, and practice areas.
- Strong internet research and talent sourcing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience recruiting for Am Law firms, boutique law firms, or corporate legal departments.
- Knowledge of legal staffing trends in the United States.
- Experience recruiting across multiple US states.
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources are an advantage.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
