Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Product Lifecycle Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cosmetic and design-led products—from concept and development to production and final delivery.
This role requires close coordination across multiple teams including design, prototyping, formulation, packaging, production, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant product execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product development, from idea generation to final market delivery
- Coordinate with design teams for concept creation, 3D development, and prototyping
- Manage sampling and product iterations to ensure quality and feasibility
- Collaborate with chemists and formulation teams to develop compliant cosmetic products
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards across target markets
- Liaise with external vendors and manufacturers for packaging, production, and timelines
- Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks across departments
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to domestic and international markets
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and reporting dashboards
- Act as the central point of coordination across all verticals involved in product execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Excellent project coordination and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience handling multiple teams, vendors, and cross-functional workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
