Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects for Classes 11th & 12th.
- Subjects may include:
- Accountancy (preferred)
- Business Studies
- Economics
- Prepare lesson plans and complete the syllabus on time.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain student attendance and academic performance records.
- Mentor students for Board examinations and competitive entrance exams related to Commerce.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Eligibility and Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- B.Ed preferred
- CA/CMA/CS candidates with teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
Performance Expectations
- Complete syllabus before scheduled deadlines.
- Deliver excellent board examination results.
- Maintain high student attendance and engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments and timely evaluations.
- Build strong academic relationships with students and parents.
