Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service complaints.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow-up.
- Promote additional service packages and spare parts.
Eligibility:
- Diploma / ITI in Automobile (preferred).
- 1–3 years experience in two-wheeler service (Honda experience added advantage).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
