Job Description:
- Identify key decision-makers and build rapport to uncover broader business and marketing challenges.
- Build targeted prospect lists aligned with CCs service offerings.
- Execute outbound outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
- Lead insight-based conversations around business goals, marketing gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and authority.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders. Initiate conversations focused on business challenges, brand goals, and marketing gaps.
- Present CC’s capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions effectively.
- Nurture warm leads and maintain structured follow-ups until conversion.
- Ensure proposals solve real client challenges and clearly highlight CC’s strengths.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with clear briefs and expectations.
- Support new client onboarding and early-stage satisfaction.
- Maintain complete CRM hygiene with accurate logs, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through clean, updated CRM records.
