MCI Defence is seeking an experienced Program / System Manager to lead the development and deployment of advanced Anti-Drone Systems (ADS). The role involves overseeing end-to-end system execution, team coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance defence solutions.
Job Description
- Lead and manage Anti-Drone System (ADS) projects from concept to deployment
- Oversee system architecture, integration of Radar, RF, EO/IR, and AI modules
- Coordinate between hardware, software, and field teams
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor system performance, testing, and validation processes
- Ensure compliance with defence standards and quality requirements
- Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and senior management
- Strong understanding of Anti-Drone Systems (ADS) and defence technologies
- Experience in system integration and program management
- Knowledge of Radar, RF systems, EO/IR sensors, and AI-based systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
