Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fire alarm, fire detection, and firefighting systems.
- Inspect, test, and maintain hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, extinguishers, and control panels.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot faults in fire alarm and firefighting systems and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain service reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system upkeep and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory safety regulations and company procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI or Diploma in Fire & Safety or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) of fire detection, firefighting, and security systems.
- Hands-on experience with fire alarm panels, hydrant networks, sprinkler systems, pumps, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
