Position OverviewWe are seeking a sharp, real-estate-focused HR Manager to drive talent acquisition and HR operations across our entire real estate lifecycle. You will lead executive searches for critical leadership positions and manage HR strategies across seven key company verticals.Key Responsibilities Across Verticals
- Human Resources: Build a strong leadership pipeline and support executive onboarding for roles like the Head – Human Resources.
- Construction & Project Execution: Drive executive search for the General Manager – Construction, site engineers, and project admins.
- Sales & Business Development: Recruit top tier talent including the General Manager – Sales, manage high-performance sales incentive structures, and execute sales training.
- Finance & Commercial: Source specialised chartered accountants (CAs) and corporate finance professionals skilled in real estate fund management.
- Procurement: Hire procurement leads and supply chain experts to optimize material sourcing and cost management.
- Design & Technical Services: Head talent mapping for creative architects, structural design engineers, and MEP specialists.
- Legal & Operations: Recruit corporate lawyers skilled in land acquisition and manage the corporate and site administration teams.
Requirements
- Education: MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of core HR experience strictly within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Proven track record in executive search, leadership hiring, and managing site-level workforce compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
