Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
- Managing employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinating payroll inputs, incentives, and leave records
- Handling PF, ESI, compliance and statutory requirements
- Supporting Skill India / NAPS / Apprenticeship activities (if applicable)
- Addressing employee queries and maintaining healthy employee relations
- Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW / Any relevant qualification
- Good knowledge of HR operations & labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in manufacturing / healthcare / corporate HR

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
