Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee civil and infrastructure projects in Hyderabad. As a PMC Company, MSK Consultants and Engineers requires a professional who can manage construction sites, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver projects within deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop daily work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Site Supervision: Oversee subcontractors, labour, and equipment usage.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement HSE standards, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect work progress, verify materials, and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track expenses, manage procurement, and report variances.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and authorities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues and minimize project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
