We are seeking a driven and hands-on Operations Manager to support the pre-opening setup, operational standardization, and staff training for upcoming outlets of The Studs Sports Bar and Grill across India. This role requires on-ground execution, an eye for operational details, and the ability to deliver training and implement SOPs as per brand guidelines.
QSR, Bar and Restaurants experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-opening operational setup for new outlets, including kitchen & bar setup, CCG inventory checks, layout compliance, and service area readiness.
- Ensure SOP implementation across all departments (kitchen, bar, service, hygiene, safety, etc.).
- Conduct on-site staff training for FOH and BOH teams on brand standards, service protocol, grooming, POS handling, and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of opening checklists.
- Work with the corporate team to audit trial runs, soft launches, and opening-week service performance.
- Monitor quality, consistency, and adherence to operational policies post-opening and report findings with recommendations.
- Maintain daily reporting and feedback logs to senior operations and brand managers.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations, preferably in multi-outlet or franchise-based brands.
- Strong understanding of restaurant pre-opening processes, hospitality SOPs, and service flow.
- Experience in training and onboarding FOH & BOH staff is essential.
- Willingness to travel across cities for outlet launches and support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Hospitality degree or diploma preferred.
