Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./MBA in Project Management preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead and manage high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of projects while managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all stages of construction project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables; ensure adherence to budget and quality.
- Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate between consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Approve drawings, bills, and materials as per BOQ and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive timely billing, estimation approvals, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior engineers and build a high-performance site team.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, codes, and standards.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills (MS Project/Primavera).
- Effective leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
