Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in tender preparation, document preparation, and bid submissions
- Provide accurate quotations and price working to internal team members and customers.
- Handle import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Process customer orders, generate invoices, and plan domestic supplies.
- Generate and maintain reports on orders, quotes, and shipments.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the life sciences or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of import and export processes, regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
