Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Events & Experiences

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Events & Experiences professional to conceptualise and execute premium corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and industry engagements. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, a refined sense of aesthetics, and an eye for luxury branding and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-end corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and industry conferences.
- Create premium event experiences aligned with IGM’s luxury and technology positioning.
- Manage event agencies, production partners, vendors and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, partners and VIP guests.
- Ensure world-class event execution, branding and hospitality standards.
Desired Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing or luxury brand events.
- Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, design and brand presentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale corporate events and exhibitions.
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, hospitality, fintech, or premium consumer brands will be preferred.
