Centre Manager for C.A.T.S. Preschool.
We're looking for someone with prior experience in the school/preschool industry who can join at the earliest (preferably within a month).
Key responsibilities: Day-to-day operations, admissions, marketing, school growth, staff/teacher and resource management, and basic financial oversight.
Working days: Monday to Friday, and the 1st & 3rd Saturdays.
Timings: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool, school, or educational institution (Centre Manager, Academic Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role).
- Strong understanding of school administration and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in admissions, parent counselling, and relationship management.
- Proven ability to contribute to school growth through marketing and community outreach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teachers, support staff, and vendors.
- Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic financial knowledge, including budgeting, fee collection, and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and school management software.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure effectively.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within one month will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage the admissions process, conduct parent counselling, and drive enrolments.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase admissions and strengthen the school's brand.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise teachers and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure high standards of academics, safety, hygiene, and overall school quality.
- Coordinate with parents and address queries or concerns professionally.
- Manage resources, inventory, vendors, and administrative requirements.
- Monitor attendance, documentation, compliance, and school records.
- Support basic financial operations, including fee tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
- Organise school events, workshops, and parent engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Director to achieve operational and business growth goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, parent satisfaction, and student experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
