· Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives and assesses all the incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-directs the said call or message to its appropriate beneficiary.
· To ensure that all the books, periodicals and registers as kept in the reception area are all well maintained and properly covered with brown paper.
· To always maintain office decorum and a high degree of quality communication between the various parties concerned.
Receive, inform, guide visitors and co-ordination with employee
Patient Registration and collecting the prescription from patients
Generating the cash memo and test and guiding the patient to the collection area
Good Communication with Patients
Responsible for handling customer queries & complaints
Dispatch all laboratory/Patient reports after proper authentication.
Maintaining Patient receiving and report dispatch register.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
Keeps the immediate supervisor well-informed of all the reportable activities and problems which are identified/potential problems; and also to recommends corrective actions at regular intervals
Ensures that the reception area is kept neat, clean and noiseless. The daily newspaper and periodicals are all properly placed and the sofa covers are clean and wrinkle free.
