Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s overseas migration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Contact prospective clients and explain company services effectively.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Credit Card Sales, NBFC Sales, Shop Sales, or Tele-sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
