Job Title: Receptionist & Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk operations, managing incoming calls, and communicating with clients to provide information about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and messages.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
- Assist in administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or tele calling is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk.
Salary: As per experience and company norms.
