Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Executive who can balance strategic marketing initiatives with efficient operational management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving brand visibility, and ensures smooth business processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
- Create engaging content to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure process efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Track KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Handle vendor management, logistics, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing and/or operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, CRM, social media platforms).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
