Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive and hands-on Site & Maintenance Supervisor who will take complete ownership of interior project execution, site operations, vendor coordination, and maintenance of all operational centres. This role demands strong on-ground execution capability, technical understanding, and vendor management skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, cost control, quality standards, and smooth functioning of all centres post-completion.
Site Operations & Interior Project Execution
● Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and built-to-suit office projects
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design specifications and quality standards
● Plan daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines
● Coordinate multiple sites simultaneously and manage execution priorities
● Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively to avoid delays
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
