Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets Increase product penetration in assigned territory Execute company schemes and promotional activities Market Development Visit retailers, hardware stores, and construction sites. Identify new business opportunities and untapped areas. Influencer Engagement Build rapport with plumbers, contractors, retailers and builders. Support product awareness and recommendation in the market Reporting Submit daily visit (EOD) reports and sales updates. Coordinate with internal teams for order and dispatch and payments.
