Project Executive – Inside Sales

Experience: 0–2 Years
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in ECE / Computer Science / IT / Networking, or
- Diploma in Networking / CCTV / Automation, or
- ITI in Computer Networks or related field
Role Overview
The Project Executive – Inside Sales will be responsible for managing leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage incoming leads effectively
- Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Track and report sales activities and performance
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of lead management and sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in software tools such as MyBillBook, Vyapar, QuickBooks, or Sales ERP systems
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary (Probation – First 30 Days): ₹12,000
- Post-Probation Salary: ₹14,000 + Incentives (based on performance)
- Incentives: Based on achievement in:
- Sales Revenue
- Lead Handling & Conversion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
